Job Title: Humanitarian Advisor

Job Description:  The Humanitarian Advisor will complete the planning, monitoring and evaluation tasks for MCC partner organizations in Myanmar. They will be responsible to listen to the partners, develop strong relationships with partners and local people, write realistic plans based upon the partner’s capacity and vision, select tools and conduct the monitoring tasks, and organize the evaluations of the projects. The Advisor will also conduct ongoing training for local partner staff in completing all these tasks as well as connecting them with resources for trauma healing and peacebuilding. They are responsible to ensure all internal documentation for MCC is complete in the MCC programming software. The Advisor will live in Cambodia and travel to Myanmar frequently. The Advisor is also responsible to fully participate in the security team for the Myanmar program. This position is open for domestic, national staff or international staff to apply.
